11th RSNOG Conference – November 13 at the Yugoslav Film Archive in Belgrade

The 11th edition of the Serbian Network Operators Group (RSNOG) Conference will take place on 13 November 2025, at the Yugoslav Film Archive in Belgrade (Uzun Mirkova 1).

As every year, the conference will bring together leading experts from the telecommunications and IT industries to share the latest insights and experiences in network technologies, cybersecurity, the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI).

The full-day program features a series of interesting talks and discussions, showcasing how far Serbia’s network infrastructure has advanced – from smart meters to next-generation satellite internet, from DNS security to AI applications in the telecom sector.

The conference opens with Strahinja Kustudić from Nordeus, who will take the audience through 15 years of the company’s infrastructure development – from the first bare-metal servers to the advanced cloud platform that today supports millions of users worldwide.

Next, prof. Dejan Vukobratović, PhD from the University of Novi Sad’s Faculty of Technical Sciences will present recent IoT and AI integration projects, followed by Katarina Stefanović from Telekom Srbija, who will discuss the convergence of new generation mobile and satellite networks.

Ulrich Wisser from ICANN, the organization responsible for managing the global DNS system, will introduce the new RDAP protocol, the successor to WHOIS, while Jelena Ćosić from RIPE NCC will announce that RIPE SEE 14 will be held in Belgrade next year.

From A1 Serbia, Nevena Dugandžija and Aleksa Miljković will discuss how AI is being integrated into employees’ everyday workflows and the challenges of developing in-house AI solutions.

Đorđe Hirsch from Yettel will demonstrate how AI and natural language processing in Serbian are used to better understand customer needs.

Dragan Ilić from Palo Alto Networks will present the latest DNS security trends, and Viktor Varga from Unicom Telecom will talk about early threat detection and attack surface management.

Jovan Vujasinović from VF Holding will show how collaboration between science and industry drives the green transition through smart metering, IoT systems, and energy efficiency optimization.

A Cybersec Talk with Marko Elazar from Nova Defense will explore the evolution of cyber threats, followed by an inspiring IoT session by Srđan Krčo from DunavNet, titled “From plug-and-play to climb-and-pray”, sharing real-world field challenges and anecdotes.

Stevan Vučić from UN1QUELY will discuss the most common vulnerabilities in modern information systems and how to address them.

The program continues with a Telco Talk featuring Sašo Dimitrijoski, Chairman of the Board at Macedonian Telecom, focusing on the regional telecom market, emerging technology trends, and what the future holds.

Dejan Dramićanin from Bitgear will present large-scale LPWAN IoT systems developed in Serbia, while Jan Žorž, an internationally recognized IPv6 expert, will conclude the technical program with a session on efficient IPv6 resource usage, user experience optimization, and best deployment practices.

The conference will conclude with the traditional RSNOG Prize Quiz, hosted this year by Slobodan Marković from UNDP.

The 11th RSNOG Conference is organized by the Serbian Network Operators Group, under the patronage of RNIDS, Unicom Telecom and SOX.

The event is supported by sponsors Pulsec powered by Telekom Srbija, Yettel, A1, Palo Alto Networks, RIPE NCC, and Data Cloud Technology.

Conference partners include Unlimited.rs, ICANN, Orion Telekom, Beenet, and Zelendata Center.

Attendance is free of charge, but registration is mandatory.
